Grace was born on March 27th, 2011 with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia and after an amazing fight, Died August 9th 2011 from CDH complications.She was the most amazing Girl ever.

Grace had her ECHO today, no change. So frustrating. Waiting for word from Cardiology as to where they want to go from here.
